I believe that a positive mindset is the foundation of health and wellness, and through this approach, my clients naturally become healthier and more fulfilled.
I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and have always been deeply interested in health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with various practitioners, from Chinese medicine experts to those specializing in diets based on blood types. Through these experiences, I’ve come to realize that holistic health is a circle that starts with a positive mindset, healthy eating, loving life, and spending time with loved ones.
